PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher owns the impact rotor with a special ring hammer. When the material enters into the crusher, it can be crushed by the ring hammer which is revolved by the high-speed motor, at the same time the material obtained the kinetic energy and rushed at the impact plate receiving the second crushing process, then falls on the screen sieve and be cut, extruded, and grinded by the ring hammer. At last the material crushed can be discharged by the machine. Uncrushable material enters into the metal collector,which should be eliminated regularly.

PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher is especially used to brittle materials, like coal, gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material does not surpass 100Mpa, the surface moisture doesn’t surpass 15%.

the main component parts of the hammer crusher is rotor which include hammer (also called peen). Spindle, disc, axis pin, and hammer. The motor drive rotor to rotate in the cavity in a high speed. Material enter into machine from feeder, will be crushed by blow, impulsion, cut, grind of the high-speed hammer.
